Concertino publishes a wide variety of music for school and community orchestra. Predominantly string orchestra music, but you never know what you might find in our catalogue. Concertino is an imprint of Saraband Music, which is run by Patrice Connelly.
Concertino looks forward to producing useful, but sometimes unexpected music! We compliment the repertoire from existing publishers.
While Concertino will publish music for all ages and standards, you may find a greater amount of higher level music here than in some other publisher catalogues. There will be some real-world challenges for young players, which will be of interest to teachers who like to think a bit differently. While many teachers stick to easily achievable compositions for their school concerts, there is a place for extending the challenge in between times.
Concertino is also open to publishing excellent editions by Australian string teachers. If this interests you, please send an email giving details of your work. Please do NOT send any attachments until they are requested. Concertino editions are produced in Sibelius 7.1 and files will need to be compatible with this for consideration. Contractual arrangements include royalties and normal industry conditions.
